Does anyone know how competitive it is to do a Sports Medicine Fellowship after doing residency in Family Practice or anything?

I think I will love sports medicine.

I've inquired about these fellowships in other parts of SDN, primarily the PM&R Residency forums, and I was told the sports med fellowhips are very competitive.
