If after I receive my doctorate I decide to seek another degree (an MA or PhD), will I be able to receive Stafford or Grad Plus loans if needed?

There's a lifetime max on Stafford but not on GradPlus. So your current student self can be happy, but your future taxpayer self should be really, really worried.

No need to worry about paying for being taxed in the future when you are planning to fake your own death and/or move to Kuwait in a few years.

Tough to maintain any kind of licensure with that strategy.
