Starting a dental office help

Does anybody know if only a dentist can start a dental office in IL? I am not a dentist but I would like to start my own practice and hire other dentists. Can I do this? Thanks for your help!

How can you reasonably expect to start "your own practice" when you are not a licensed dentist, eligible to "practice" dentistry? Go to Dental school and obtain a license.

Ownership of a dental office must be, at least in part, by a licensed dentist.
