I'm wondering what is the specialty that most recently graduated PA's go into? I know it's not the usual thing for recent grads (or so I think) to have those good specialties (derm, surgery, radiology etc.) right out of school so what field do they usually go into after graduating PA school? Thank you

Common choices are primary care, EM, ortho, and surgery.
optional residencies in specific specialties are available to help transition to positions in these fields.
