Starting Psych Salaries in Chicago & Midwest

Hello I was just wondering what the salaries were like in Northern IL including Chicago and the suburbs for psych? How is it compared to central or southern IL or even Wisconsin or Indiana? Also I talking about after a 4 year psych residency.

I think psych residencies are all 4 years long.

I think he means a pure four year psych residency.
Some people do a prelim year in IM or another field and then the last three years in psych.
I am interested as to why the OP thinks there would be a difference in salary if done either way.
