During first year I made my own Anki cards. But switched to Zanki at the start of second year doing Sketchy Pharm/Micro and Pathology decks for corresponding blocks. I've been keeping up with my reviews.
I have noticed I'm a bit rusty on some more basic physiology since starting practice questions...
Right now I am in GI doing both Zanki Phys/Path and its, honestly, been hell. I don't know if I should stop the physiology and switch to just skimming first aid or keep it up. Maybe its too much and I can deduce the physiology from the path/pharm? Granted when I start reviewing other systems like cardio, pulm, and neuro I'll have the Pathology down and will only be doing 1/3 the cards.
I sometimes feel like I'm doing more work than I need to, but maybe this is just how it is and I'm better off in the long run doing anki over just skimming. I never learn much from reading and annotating.
Any advice is appreciated.
