States requiring the perio portion for CDCA/WREB

So CDCA and WREB both made the perio portion elective.

I am trying to compile a list of states that require the perio portion to be taken for state licensure.

So far I have only identified Alabama, Montana, North Carolina

Just take the perio portion. My friend had to go back and take it 2 years after graduating because he was moving to a state that required it. The logistics and finding a patient are going to be much, much harder after you’ve left school.
