I know I know, one must aim to do as well as possible. However I would like to know what the typical stats to be accepted into UCD, RCSI, UCC, Trinity, UCL are?

Nobody really knows, explore the application/acceptance threads all over this forum for an idea. Generally we are talking about a 3.3-3.7 GPA or better and a 28-33 MCAT/equivalent or higher with appropriate ECs.
To get in with a 28 MCAT or a 3.3 GPA you would need a high score for the other factor.
