How much time do we get for the USMLE?

Apparently in Texas, some Texas Tech students managed to obtain 2 days for taking the exam. See link below

That article says only 1 student got extra time because he has a learning disability. Doesn't sound like a big deal to me.

Step 1 is 7 blocks, 60 minutes each, plus 60 minutes of break time.
