Does anybody use Step 1 Integrated Vignettes to prepare for step 2?

Would they help?

I never hear anybody talk about these.

How do they compare to Step 2 CK Qbank?

Does anybody use Step 1 Integrated Vignettes to prepare for step 2?

The IV or Integrated Vignettes aren't really designed for Step 2 prep. While you can create tests by selecting from a symptom list in IV, it then presents a series of basic science questions that relate to that vignette, so I would recommend using the Step 2 Qbank instead. Then, if you wanted more questions, you might want to use the Internal Medicine Qbank, as that subject is so heavily stressed on Step 2...that's what a lot of folks do.
