Step 1 pass-fail only for Ophthalmology as a DO

I was wondering how possible it is to match if I have a wonderful experience full of research and even policy creation directed to helping ophthalmologists, yet only have step 1 pass fail completed? Would it be impossible to match even if I applied to all of them? I am a DO as well
