Being concerned about the boards (worrywort =<) already, I'm wondering what book would be ideal for a MSI or II student. I guess the book would be for supplementation and guiding purposes of what to focus on during classes, etc. What characteristics in a review book should I look for? Price is obviously an issue, but should it be comprehensive or cursory? I have heard FIRST AID is a good book for my purposes. Please advise. Thanks again.

If you get nothing else, get FA, BRS Path (just came out with new edition), and BRS physio.

If you're really hardcore, then get the following:

HY neuro
HY Cell/Mol.Bio
Clinical Micro made ridiculously simple
Medical Micro and Immuno by Levinson (just the immuno section)
BRS Behavioral Sciences
Lange's Roadmap to Anatomy
Pathophysiology for Boards and Wards by Ayala (great book!)

Use these review alongside class, especially FA, BRS Path, and BRS physio. Hope that helps. G'luck.
