Step 1 scores at top Pediatrics programs

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has an idea of the kinds of Step 1 scores (and/or Step 2) are typical for people who match at top programs -- Harvard, Penn, UCSF, and places like Rainbow Babies, Pitt Children's, etc....

I am asking because I might leave NYC to go to Harvard/Penn/UCSF, but I got a 234 of the Step 1 and now I am thinking of whether I should take Step 2 early or do an early Sub-i.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
