Step 2 Clinical Skills Exam

Hi folks!
This may have been brought up on previous threads, but honestly I have absolutely no time to search! What I need to know is for my preparation for the Clinical Skills test what are some good books/resources out there? All I need is one or two good books and that's it. This test is so darn expensive so I ain't playin' around! Thank you!!

Kaplan Clinical Skills book is very good and so is first aide for Step 2 CS.
