Step by Step on Applying to Dental School 2014

Hi everyone, I am currently a sophomore pre-Dental student.

I realize that there are several posts from the past on how to get into dental school. However,
I would like to know from whoever will be a first-year dental student starting this Fall 2014 or whoever applied this past year regardless of acceptance, how to apply to dental schools step by step. It would be great if you could copy and paste the links for websites and be as specific as possible.

I'm a complete newbie at this, so I would like as much information as possible. There aren't many people around me to guide me in this process, so this forum really helps.

It gives a nice, quick semester by semester breakdown of ideally what you should be doing while in undergrad to be successful in the application process. It mentions our adviser/committee, so just ignore that and if your school has those, use yours.

If you are asking how to get into D-school
1. Join your school's pre-dental club
2. Google is your best friend. Research schools' requirements and MAKE AN EXCEL SPREADSHEET. ADEA Official Guide 2014 is available for 10 bucks.
3. Shadow!
4. Keep up grades and volunteer
