step II ck and fellowship

Does anybody know if your ste 2 and 3 scores are really that important when applying for fellowship? Or do your inservice exams count more?

(I have a lil bit of senioritis)

Fellowships = who goes to bat for you. Your inservice exams may play a small role. Step 2/3 are prety much irrelevant.
