Still waiting on Letters of Recommendation

Just had a quick question about the application.

Could I submit the application while still waiting for the letters of rec/committee letter? Because I was told that would take two weeks and everything else is already ready to go so can I submit the app while the committee works on my letter?

Yes. You can also add additional letters after you submit.
