Based on the info that I have received, on-campus housing for single students is pretty weak. I think you'll have atleast a few roomrates, the cost is $4-500/mos. In terms of off-campus options, theres a website with listings. I suspect that the majority of the apts are in private homes. In general the closer you are to the hospital the more expensive the rent is. Groups of students rent out houses/apts as well. I plan on driving out there and checking out the different neighborhoods, towns before I actually contact landlords. I'm hoping to get a large studio/1 BR for 7-900/mos.
