I have consistently gotten 7, 8, 7 on the my practice testS (3)

can anyone put some tips /advice/motivation stories on how to improve?

Based on the trend on your scores (assuming they are from AAMC FLs), it appears that you have some weakness in content area. I would first review the tests and see which area needs to be brushed up again. Good luck.

Hi,
This was an awful part for me. But after finishing Physics and all my physical sci classes, I went through the EK book, and started to notice an improvement.

An 8 is not too bad, you will see improvement provided you start to work/focus more on the tough spots as others have mentioned.
