Hello everyone guys most of you went through this phase as I am facing now,I hope you share some knowledge gained on your experience.
I did my ug bds from India in 2016 march, looking to settle in Canada.I have few questions to clarify.

1.As I have 1 yr of experience in dental field ,will I get PR to move to Canada.need some one who can help me out with express entry system.as of now I have gathered all the certificates.
I did take take academic ielts, scored 6.5.but they are looking for general ielts .am I supposed to take general ielts again?

2.there are few universities that accept for MSC courses (pg),comparatively less tuition fee than dds. After completing MSC in ortho from any university and clearing ndeb can we work as a specialist??

3.am I eligible to work as dental assistant in any state in canada with BDS degree?
I know we have 1 yr diploma for dental assistant course ,just out of curiosity.

As of now I have these questions in my mind.will post if anything pops out again.

1. Talk to immigration consultant abt express entry. Requirement change every few months. It use to ve much easier but things changed.

2. If u get into ortho you can work as a specialist but not as a general dentist. Keep in mind it is very competitive as you be competing with all canadian grads for ortho Masters. Keep in mind u will treated as international graduate even if u get the PR. Tuition Fees for international students will apply to you. Easy ones to get in are non clinical MSc.

3. DA depends if someone is willing to train you. In general nothing is recognized unless upgraded as per canadian standards. You can work as DA but won't be certified DA which means looking at making min wage or less.

Easy route is to pass direct canadian licensing exam and find someone to sponsor you.

Hey guys I recently got this info from consultancy.
Course -dental public health(Dph)
I was told that after completion of course we need to take nbde part1 and part 2 and wreb exam.upon clearing these we can able to practice in 7 states in USA.is that true?
What do you suggest?

To apply for Dental public health you require masters degree. This is a mandatory requirement. Also you will need a GRE score to apply. License part might be true but you need to check with individual state Boards.

Again this is public health not DDS. You cannot work as a dentist.
