Struggling in 2nd year!

I'm getting below average scores on my exams. Doesn't make sense - I always used to get above average grades throughout 1st year. Did anyone change their study habits to accommodate the immense material in 2nd year. I have to change something...

same here... i was told 2nd year would be a lot better than 1st year. while it is slightly more interesting... i feel its not taught well so im just memorizing a bunch of stuff for the tests instead of really learning the material (aka the same as 1st year...)
