Study abroad (medically related) vs. Studying abroad in Tanzania

Hey guys,
I need some advice on which study abroad opportunity would be best in terms of how I would look to medical schools.
My options are:
- Biology course in Andros Island which is medically related (help out at local clinic).
- Biology course in Tanzania Africa (not medically related).
I can't do both because they occur consecutively in the May of next year.
