Study Abroad Transcripts

For those of you who studied abroad for a semester

I know that AMCAS does not require study abroad foreign transcripts(you apply for an exception). Is there a chance that some secondary applications require foreign transcripts and/or WES evaluations? Anyone had experience with this before?

I studied abroad and didn't come across any secondaries requesting transcripts. Not sure what a WES evaluation is.

From what I read on the AMCAS website, they don't accept transcripts from "third parties" or something, including study abroad programs. I just studied abroad as well and I was pretty paranoid about that, but I'm like 99.9% sure they'll see only the "Pass" grades I got on my university transcript.

A WES evaluation is a third party evaluation of your foreign grades.
