1) Longman preparation course for IBT 2007 with CD rom. This book was very beneficial in preparing me for the toefl in a detailed way.
2) Cambridge preparation course for the IBT along with the CD.
The longman book is for sale along with cambridge book (for free). Both are in a very good condition (looks like brand new).
