Hi is the question bank organ system based or wards based?

Hi: Step 1 questions are chosen by organ/discipline, Step 2 questions are chosen by rotation (specialty) and subspecialty, and Step 3 questions are chosen by clinical setting/problem or disease. Questions can also be randomly chosen or chosen by keyword.
