studying medecine in germany

hi guys well i'm new here and i have some questions to ask well i'm still in high school....and i hope i'll be graduated from high school this year '' btw i'm in science '' i want to apply for a german med school but at the time being i'm quite sure i can't move to germany so i was wondring if i can study in my country '' somewhere in africa '' until i get my master or bachelor's degree in med school then move there and if - by doing this- i may avoid the preparatory year to be more clear do i need to study all the stuffs i already studied in my country or just to continue like if i've been studying in germany since pre med ..... i'm waiting ur replies thanks in advance
