Downplays significantly the difficulty of matching after studying international by giving a matching numerator but not an applicant denominator. I feel like that is an important part of the picture. International education is a viable option if you understand the risks involved, and creates good doctors. But the realities on the ground come matching time are somewhat blind to your potential and focused on your past. It is good to stress the successes of those 6,000, but the realities of the difficulty are rarely acknowledged.
I guess if I'm nit picking, it could also have discussed the accusations of predatory/malignant enrollment practices at most/all Caribbean schools, but the impact of that is 1) still controversial and denied by the schools and 2) much less pronounced at the more well respected locations he mentioned.
