Some of my secondaries require an electronic picture in either .gif, .jpeg, or .jpg. I'm planning on getting another passport photo taken for the picture, my question is how do I get it on my computer? Take it to Kinkos? (I have no scanner

You can take it at Kinko, I believe they use digital camera now.
