Stupid question abt pencils, erasers, scrap paper...

Nope they provide pencils, scrap paper, etc. Also, my location had earplugs to block out noise, but not sure if that is consistent at all places.

You can bring your own earplugs, OP, but they have to be in a factory sealed package. You can only bring yourself and the earplugs into the testing room; everything else must be left in a locker.
