Stupid question, do dental students practice on each other?

Sorry if stupid question, but do dental students ever practice on each other in clinic? I have heard that dental students will give each other Novocaine shots before ever giving them to patients, but beyond that, have your classmates done fillings, exams or other procedures for you?

Yes. D4s and D3s work on other students if they need work done. The cost is dirt cheap, basically just materials cost.
