Sorry. The people that I know that live there will be there during the academic year. People tend to leave for the summer. You chould check out the link that Toot mentioned.

There are other apartments close to Penn that you might want to consider. The Left Bank is nice but it is on the high end of the price range for Philly, especially University City. One friend of mine actually had a rodent problem there, although that is pretty typically in Philly.
