submit secondaries before LOR

I am wondering if I should submit my secondary applications to schools that have not received my LOR.

Wouldn't hurt, but they won't look at it until they get your LOR's.

Also, some schools won't download your LOR's until they've gotten your secondary.

Schools need both and I dont really think it matters which you do first. Which ever you can get knocked out of the way first, do that.
