General Admissions & OTCAS Submitting OTCAS Application

Hello!
Does anyone know if I can submit my application now; I have completed everything, just waiting on two reference letters; will it get verified or not until everything is sent in?

Anyone has been/is in the same situation?

I'm pretty sure you can submit the application now, even though you're waiting on the letters! I submitted mine before a couple of my letters were in, and they were still able to verify it.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think they would probably wait until the application is totally complete to look at it.
