SUMMER INTERNATIONAL Internship for 1st summer?

Anything where I can get my living expenses and extra paid for while enjoying being in another country such as Germany - doing research and whatnot?

I have tons of research experience already....so that's not an issue.

Or not necessarily doing research....maybe doing some kind of paid medical relief in an underserved country such as Africa/Afghanistan??? for my first summer.

What do people generally do their first summer?

try IFMSA, its an exchange program. the deadline might have passed but they might be flexible. u can do research or clinical exchanges.
