Summer interships/ jobs

I am a freshman biology major with a minor in chemistry. I have been doing well in my courses and have a 3.853 GPA. This summer I got a job as a pharamcy clerk and I am going to work at a local hospital OR. Is this is pretty good summer for my freshman? Next year I would like to get into research, since I am interested in bacteriology and virology.

Those are def. great for your resume! make sure you find ppl who could write your LORs for you when you are at the application stage
