Summer Research Programs

I'm planning on doing a summer research program and was hoping for some feedback. Which program is more prestigious and will make it more likely for acceptance to the affiliated medical school? The programs are with Baylor, Mayo, the American Heart Association(another year at the VA Hospital). They all have the same stipend and housing conditions with equally interesting research projects. Some other relevant information - I am a CA resident and will also be applying for med school at the same time. (I know Baylor accepts primarily Texas residents)
