Is there any way that you can take one of the classes over the summer.. either at Auburn or online or through distance learning? Otherwise, I think that it'd be best to go for the internship and take the late MCAT. The internship sounds like a pretty good deal and would look good on med school applications. Plus, you'd make good money!
On the other hand, if you really like the job you're doing now, then stick with it... since it's still research. Either way you'll be getting some research experience.

I saw do what makes you happy....I think you are leaning more towards the second choice by the wording you used...yeah, the money would be nice at Auburn, but I think you are more interested in the biomechanics... Follow your instincts..
