SUNY Buffalo interviews?

is suny buffalo still sending out invites for interviews? i know a few people that had gone up a long time ago, and their site says they stop in feb, so i'm wondering if my "intermediate/lettered" really means "rejection in waiting."

on a side note, i wonder if all my outstanding rejections will come on one day.
