I'd pick Quinnipiac between the two. Similar match list, smaller class size, and $40K less than SUNY (which equates to much more in interest if you are taking out loans). Newer facilities, cheaper cost of living, 6-week optional pre-matriculation classes, teaching focused staff, research options at Yale.
