SUNY upstate or SUNY downstate/GWU

Anyone know if they're any different or is one better than the other? I already got into SUNY upstate but wondering if i should bother interviewing at Downstate.

Also, wondering if I should interview at George Washington University since it's ~$60k/year 😕

thats entirely up to you. If you like upstate and are 100% attending then there is little reason to go if the trips are expensive and annoying. If they aren't expensive or bothering why the heck not? See the schools maybe you will like them get in and want to go.

i would go upstate over GW and downstate easily, but that is me. Quality of education-wise, don't think there is a real difference. Location might be a factor for some.

all are pretty much equal in reputation. I'd cancel GW as it's needlessly expensive (I assume you're in-state). Visit downstate and see which you like better. Inner-city versus upstate ny are very different. a visit can't hurt, right?
