Surgery Prelim- which programs likely to take you as pgy2

does anybody know of any programs, preferably in new york, that have a reputation for taking their prelim guys/girls as pgy-2's? just incase i have to scramble i'd like to go to a place where i could do a prelim in surgery and then continue right on as a pgy2 in a categorical spot. thanks a lot all

Rush at least gives interviews to their prelims, and I know that they were interested in one or two of them last year. Don't know if they actually took any.
