Surgical Fields with international marketability

I wanted to know if any of you had any insight into which fields in surgery have the most marketability in the international setting, particularly in Asia. I know that once I'm out of residency, I would like to live abroad and practice medicine for some time in the motherland if it is feasible. I was wondering what specialties in general surgery/through general surgery are more apt to get hired.

Plastic surgery is big in Asia. Especially oculoplastics. General surgery always has a market as well.
