Amazon.com, or 500 other online stores.....but amazon is pretty consistent.

That being said, I bought that book after seeing it endorsed on this website, and I've carried it in my coat pocket for the last 2 months without actually using it.....it's mostly general guidelines/stuff you pick up or should already know......

Yeah it's weird... I have all this crap in my pocket and I end up looking up most stuff on Up to date and calling pharmacy at the different hospitals for the rest.

At some point it'll all become reflex...

Thanks for the hint - perhaps this will be my new form of "moonlighting!" Seems like I could make heaps more cash this way (and not have to be bothered with paydays or cashing checks)!!!
