Surgical Recall high yield shelf chapters

Surg Recall is a great book, but I know some chapters must be higher yield than others for the shelf. Can anyone start a list so that I know which ones to focus on. So far I have heard by word of mouth:

-trauma
-electrolytes

Can't remember which others. But I was flipping through chapters like biliary tract, anus and SICU and starting to wonder...they're useful for getting pimped on specific surgeries/services but for the shelf

Anyway I recently was relieved to find I passed my Medicine shelf, which I hear helps for Surg. Are these 2 the hardest shelves?

Is the surgery shelf mostly "diagnose the most likely problem" followed by "what is the next most appropriate step?"
