Swap: Northeast for North/upper Midwest

So I know this is late and almost impossible, but due to an illness in the family, I'm looking to see if anyone starting their ophthalmology pgy2 this July 2016 is interested in swapping my spot in the Northeast (large city, well respected program) for a position in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, or Iowa.
