hopefully this will help you out:

http://www.aamc.org/students/mcat/about/faqs.htm#reregistration

you would have to request a refund for your april MCAT (you would only get $105 back (50%) as to their current refund policy; do this ASAP if you want to make sure to get your refund) and then register for the August MCAT when registration opens (and pay the full $210 or more if they increase it). so basically, the difference in price is $105 if you want to consider that your "fee."

Don't get nervous, get pissed! And then get some tests and practice passages, and do them ALL. If you've taken all of the classes and done well (even if you didn't do stellar), then you have what it takes. This test is more of a "how do you test" rather than "what do you know" test. I'm a horrible test-taker, who gets anxious and nervous and sweaty when taking any sort of standardized test. It's not like I don't know anything, it's that I get uncomfortable. So the best way for me to overcome that is to get comfortable. And that means doing practice passages, timing myself, and doing tons of tests. I'm doing two a week right now. The more I sit through them, the better it gets.

Don't allow this test to screw with your confidence. Because what's to say that it won't freak you out come July?

Now, if you haven't had a lot of the material in class yet, THEN I might say worry. But a lot of people will tell you that aside from PS, everything you need to know is in the passages. Even in PS, a lot of the passages have most of what you need to know.

Best of luck to you.
