Positive ANA, sensitive nonspecific
Positive dsDNA and anti-Smith, specific, nonsensitive
Kidneys, DPGN, capillary wire loops
Libman Sacks endocarditis
Pleuritis and pericarditis

Drug induced lupus = anti-Histone positive
Procainamide, INH, methyldopa, etc

Positive dsDNA and anti-Smith, specific, nonsensitive
