I am currently planning to take the MCAT this upcoming May and graduate this December. However, this next fall semester (after I have already submitted my application) I will be re-taking 2 classes I had previously received a C+ in. My application will have my GPA with the 2 C+ grades instead of the ones (hopefully A's) I will receive this upcoming fall semester. Am I able to change my application after I get those final grades? or will I most likely have to wait a year to submit my revised GPA the next application season? Help if you can! thanks!

your C+s will stand as reported in the application you will send to medical schools. once you've retaken them and gotten your As, you can write letters to the schools and tell them that you have new grades, but you can't edit your application as such.
