Taking COMLEX during a Leave of Absence?

I'm struggling with my Level 2 exam. My practice scores aren't where I want them to be. I took a leave of absence to work on learning and medical issues, and am wondering if I can take the test during it. Do I have to wait until I'm re-enrolled in school?

I read on the NBME website that you cannot take USMLE Step 2 during a LOA. I do not see a clear statement in the NBOME bulletin about it, though.
