Taking MCAT while on my Menses?

Just found out that I will be taking my MCAT on Day 2 of my period! As my fellow period-havers know, it loves to show up on important dates, like your birthday, Christmas, your finals, etc....

I tend to get really ugly cramps Day 2. Also, will proctors be mean about using pads? I really don't want to use a tampon or a cup but I don't want to be accused of writing the formula for molality on the inside of my maxi pad or something.

Girls who have done it before, what are your tips? I am distraught here.

Because I thought they check your pockets etc if you go to the bathroom? And if I brought a bag to be discrete they would be even more sus?

They do not check pockets when going to the bathroom. They check pockets when entering and exiting the proctoring room. Plenty of folks have successfully taken the mcat while managing their biological needs.

You’ll be assigned a locker to keep your personal belongings in (keys, purse, lunch, etc). You can access it during breaks.
